Join me for a free 30 minute practice as a way to end your week. We'll do some gentle movement, breathing and meditation as a way to connect with one another and practice self-care. I'll do my best to record each meditation so if you miss it, you can visit my YouTube channel later to practice. The weekly meditations will focus on navigating the challenging energy of this time and finding tools for self-reflection and self-care.
