New Year Month of Self-Care

The New Year is traditionally a time to set intentions, outline goals and push ourselves mentally and physically. After this past year, it feels like what we all need most is the opportunity for deep rest and nourishment. It is a time to nourish our bodies and spirits instead of asking for more and pushing ourselves beyond our limits. This 4 week series is brings together deep, slow asana practices, breath work and meditation practices to encourage our bodies to relax, our nervous systems to unwind and our minds to quiet. This series is for you if you've been feeling stressed, anxious, exhausted or tapped out.
Each week will feature a set of different practices that will be recorded and made available for the week following for continued practice or if you are unable to attend class that day. Each week will also include journal prompts and home practice to help you continue this practice of restfulness and reflection on your own.

1 hour live virtual classes will take place via Zoom each Friday night at 8:00pm for the month of January:

- January 8th: Restorative Deep Release
- January 15th: Pranayama & Meditation for the Nervous System
- January 22nd: Yin Yoga Unwind
- January 29th: Yoga Nidra for Ultimate Rest
