Join me for a 4-week virtual Postnatal Yoga Class. Join anytime in your postpartum period, whether you are 6 weeks along or 6 months along. These classes will:
All classes will take place via Zoom and a meeting invite will be sent out each week prior to class. A recording will be made available following each class to re-watch or watch if some or all of class is missed.

Join me for a 4-week virtual Postnatal Yoga Class. Join anytime in your postpartum period, whether you are 6 weeks along or 6 months along. These classes will:
- Start with a check-in circle to share a desired focus for the practice or simply to connect with and gain support and resources from other new parents.
- Focus on the integration of abdominal strength along with pelvic floor strength
- Offer variations that meets students where they are in their postpartum recovery, especially as. more challenging poses are added
- Offer stretches and sequencing that are appropriate for the postpartum body and will help address the aches and pains common for many new parents
- Embrace the postpartum body and will not involve language around weight loss or "getting your body back". I recognize how harmful language like this is for new parents.
