I offer Prenatal Yoga classes that are both challenging and relaxing, and mindful of the special needs of pregnant bodies. Classes are safe and provide a community for pregnant people to connect with others and explore their changing bodies through yoga during this very special time. Classes will address specific issues impacting the changing body during pregnancy, and breath practices and meditations will provide a safe place to explore connection with baby and preparation for labor. Prenatal students can begin as early in their pregnancy as they like and are welcome to attend any of my regular All Levels classes if they would like to practice outside their Prenatal classes.
