Self-Care Tool Kit

In light of these difficult times, I am offering some tools of self-care to my yoga community. Please enjoy these Yoga Nidra recordings for the next month as tools to help soothe and restore yourself. These practices will be helpful in soothing stress and anxiety, addressing issues of insomnia and exhaustion and helping to support your energy at this difficult time. I hope you will find them useful tools in this path of self-care and self-contemplation.  

My hope is that as we step forward out of despair and grief in to self-reflection and self-care, my hope is that we will all find ourselves called to move into action. As a community, many of us our connected through our yoga practice, but it is time to be connected through something greater. Now is the time to seek out the darkest and most down-trodden parts of our world and shine our bright light into those places. These need not be grand gestures, but simply the expression of compassion and gratitude for our fellow human beings. Now is the time we take our anger and start making change, start a revolution and stand up and be counted as those who will not stand aside as others are knocked down. Donate your time, donate your energy, donate your money to something you love and watch your light shine out into the world.

Yoga Nirdra Practices for Self-Care
