Spend three days rejuvenating, relaxing and exploring and preparing for birth with a group of other mamas-to-be. This three day In-City Retreat offers you the opportunity to explore more deeply, relax more fully and get all the benefits of a retreat while staying in our beautiful city.
Our journey begins Friday night where we will come together for an evening of rest and relaxation. Meet the other mamas in your retreat and then prepare for a delicious sound bath to help your mind and body relax, followed by a yoga nidra practice to help with anxiety, exhaustion and issues with sleep.
On our second day, we’ll begin our afternoon with a yoga practice geared to specifically address the aches and pains of the changing prenatal body. After a long savasana and some self-massage, we’ll transition into discussing birth preparation and questions that might be arising for your as prepare for this next journey toward being a mother. Our day will end with a group acupuncture session before you head off to your evening.
On Sunday, bring your partner with you (and partner means your partner, your doula, your best friend, your mom)! This is a day for the two of you. Together we’ll explore together through meditation, partner yoga practice, and massage. We’ll also have special time set aside with prompting from the facilitator, discussion and preparation for birth and how your partner can best support you during this amazing time.
Cost: $190 early registration, $230 late registration (includes both you and your partner)
