"Megan is an incredible teacher. I've attended all sorts of yoga classes at different studios before and never has the teacher mattered so much. When you're pregnant, vulnerable and stretching physically and emotionally in new ways, you want a teacher who can customize poses and provide support: Megan is quite simply amazing at doing that. Classes begin with short introductions from each person that allow you to highlight medical issues or issues in your body that need attention. Each class also includes a nice rest time where you can relax fully into your changing body." -Kelsey
