I have been offering prenatal and postnatal classes for over 10 years. I am a Yoga Alliance 500hr-RYT and RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience. I am also the lead faculty member of the 8 Limbs Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training as well as leading my own Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Any Time Anywhere!

I am excited to announce a new venture, I have begun that allows you to practice prenatal and postnatal yoga with me anywhere, anytime! I recognize that for many new parents and parents to be, it can be hard to find the time to get to the yoga studio or there  might not even be a yoga studio available where you live, from that Be Strong Mama was born! Whether you practice with me regularly or who simply don't have time to make it to the studio for a full practice but want to take advantage of all the benefits yoga offers during pregnancy and postpartum.
