PRENATAL & POSTNATAL YOGA

​I am a queer mama of two wonderful little humans and have been offering prenatal and postnatal classes for over 10 years. I am a Yoga Alliance 500hr-RYT and RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) with over 6,000 hours of teaching experience.

Not only do I teach to students, but I train teachers and I have been training yoga teachers to teach Pre/Postnatal Yoga since 2018 and have written two books about pregnancy, postpartum and yoga.

Join me weekly for Prenatal Yoga classes as part of my monthly Prenatal Series, an opportunity to connect with other pregnant folks while addressing common pregnancy complaints. Looking for more specific support? I offer one-on-one sessions yoga session to address how yoga can support you for common pregnancy complaints.

Looking for support after baby arrives? Join my weekly Postnatal Yoga Series. Find connection with other new parents and alleviate the aches and pains of postpartum. You'll find a community of folks to help you navigate new parenthood. I also offer private sessions to help address specific issues around healing the core and rebuilding strength.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga 
​Any Time, Anywhere

Unable to join me for weekly classes or simply wanting to expand on your regular practice time. You can take classes anytime with me via my online library of prenatal and postnatal yoga videos. Videos range from 5 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how much time you have and are designed with the specific needs of the pregnant and postpartum body in mind.  Perfect for the beginner or for those with a regular yoga practices looking for more support during their pregnancy.
