Megan (she/her) has been a student of yoga since 2001, teaching since 2008. Her passion is making yoga inclusive of all levels of yoga students. Her particular interest as of late is sharing how yoga, breath and mindfulness can help students navigate stress and anxiety, finding better overall health and wellness. As a pre/postnatal yoga teacher and mama herself, she strives to create yoga spaces that welcome all pregnant and postpartum folks. Passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with pregnant and postpartum students, she also trains yoga teachers and has written several books about yoga and the perinatal period.
