    Live Classes with Megan

    With over 10 years of experience teaching yoga to diverse populations of students, I'll be offering classes that will help us maintain personal connection as we move into a state of taking our practice from studio to home. These classes are designed to help unwind the nervous system and give your body and mind important "resets" throughout the week. Looking for longer classes?     Class Details
    • All classes will take place over Zoom.
    • I'll post classes week by week so you can sign up each week for the classes you'd like to attend. All classes are PST.
    • Please sign up at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to ensure your spot.
    • You'll receive a confirmation email about 30 minutes prior with all the class details (make sure to check your SPAM inbox).
    • Once you sign up today, you'll be redirected to another page to sign a Liability Waiver (you'll only need to do this ONCE).

    Cost for Classes
    Currently all payment will be accepted via Venmo (payments made to @Megan-Sloan-17)
    • Single Yoga, Meditation or Yoga Nidra Class sliding scale $10*
    • 5 Class Pass for Yoga, Meditation or Yoga Nidra Classes $40
    • ​ All offerings are free for those working in the healthcare field.
    • Sliding scale is available for those with financial need, please put a note in the comments when you sign up.

Class Descriptions​
  • Morning Meditation: join me  Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7:30am for meditation, breath work and light stretching to set the tone to start and end your week.
  • Yoga Lunch Break: join me for 30 minutes during your lunch break on Thursdays 12:15-12:45pm. Use this practice to break up your day and work out the aches and pains from sitting all morning. We'll focus on neck, shoulders and back, but we'll also get moving too!
  • Yoga Nap: join me mid-week Thursday nights 8:00-8:30pm for a 30 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice to address stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. They say 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is like 4 hours of sleep. Let's rest!:
