- Morning Meditation: join me Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7:30am for meditation, breath work and light stretching to set the tone to start and end your week.
- Yoga Lunch Break: join me for 30 minutes during your lunch break on Thursdays 12:15-12:45pm. Use this practice to break up your day and work out the aches and pains from sitting all morning. We'll focus on neck, shoulders and back, but we'll also get moving too!
- Yoga Nap: join me mid-week Thursday nights 8:00-8:30pm for a 30 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice to address stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. They say 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is like 4 hours of sleep. Let's rest!:
