Join me for this yearly free event in partnership with SAM (Seattle Art Museum). Each year, 8 Limbs teachers offer free outdoor yoga classes at the Olympic Sculpture Park. I have participated in this offering for the last five years and have loved each and every class I have offered. Join nearly 200 yogis for two class options this year! Pick the level that suits you best or stay for both. Bring a mat, some water, sunglasses and a friend and prepare for a spectacular day of yoga in the sun. All levels welcome and free for everyone!
